But then when I booted it connected to my computer, it worked perfectly fine, and so then I installed ndless and ran Pokemon Fire Red just fine, and then as soon as I unplugged the cable it fell right back into that odd bootloop. Then when I pressed a key, for example, it would do the same process again. Basically the calculator got through the initial loading screen then did the timer on the metal grid looking background and then turned off. Nevertheless on this new one however, P-1214T, after I installed OS 3.6.0.550, It ran into a really odd boot loop.

My older one, about 3 years old, had a completely black back and was heavier and was running OS 3.1 and I couldn't even connect it to my computer. Yesterday I removed the boot downgrade protection on my calculator after it was running OS 3.9.1.38 after just receiving it brand new in the mail after my older TI-nspire CX CAS broke down on me.
